Chapter 3: Municipal Officials

Municipal officials have many responsibilities.  All officials must have a thorough knowledge of the community, its people, and its problems, as well as an understanding of their individual roles and the issues they will confront.  This chapter  will provide an overview of the common roles of municipal officials.
