Spring Supervisor Training 2025: Tee Up New Hires for Success
Attend CIS’ Spring Supervisor Training series and learn essential strategies for recruiting, onboarding, and supervising new employees for long-term success. Led by CIS HR professionals and Pre-Loss employment attorneys, this training provides valuable insights for new supervisors looking to build foundational skills and experienced leaders seeking to enhance their onboarding and team-building strategies.

Registration
Registration for CIS on-site trainings is processed through the CIS Learning Center and requires a login. Click on Upcoming Training on the home page to view available classes. If you’re new to the learning center, here are some tips to get started: First Time Logging In and Enrolling in a Class.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend, CIS will refund 100 percent of your registration fees if written notice is received at least seven days prior to the training. If your registration was not paid and you cancel with less than seven days’ notification, CIS will bill the balance due. Cancellations are not accepted by phone. They must be submitted by email to learn@cisoregon.org or via the CIS Learning Center.
