Uniform Traffic Citations (UTCs)
The LOC manages a bulk purchase of Uniform Traffic Citations (UTCs) twice a year in March and October, and has found that by pooling orders together, cities and counties get a much lower price on orders than if they were placed individually. The LOC partners with Inspired Results to provide this pooled service.
The next bulk order will open Friday, October 4 and close Friday, October 18.
You may order at any time, but only receive the reduced bulk price during the two-week time frame the bulk orders are open.
Note: The processing fees for UTCs will increase from $45 to $60 on July 1, 2024. The current rates have remained the same over a decade, and changes are being made to better align with market conditions and the value of our services.

Important: Cities and counties ordering citations through the LOC need to be sure that they comply with their purchasing rules and public contracting law. In most cities and counties, the estimated expenditure for citation forms will likely be below the dollar amount for requiring competitive bids, but each city and county should review its purchasing rules to ensure that it is in compliance with those rules.
